At The Ultimate Peaceful Place, we are committed to offering a peaceful atmosphere of tranquility and love where you can find refuge from the chaos of everyday life. With our non-judgmental approach, you can let go of your worries and be yourself. Come and experience the serenity that awaits you Our policies are as follows: 1. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice, Entry is not permitted for those over 10 minutes late. 2. To maintain hygiene, kindly remove your shoes before entering the yoga practice area. Additionally, all participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in yoga fitness classes/ assisted stretching sessions and assume all risks associated with the sessions/activities. Ability to Participate:** Participants must be required to confirm that they are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in sessions. If you are unsure concerning the ability to participation, Please consult with Physician, *Consent to Emergency Medical Treatment:** Participant, do you consent to receive emergency medical treatment if necessary during their participation in sessions If the participant refuses medical care in the event of an emergency) please provide a notarized letter stating the refusal of medical care. **Release of Liability:** Participants agree to release the liability of the ultimate peaceful place, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur due to participating in yoga classes or using studio facilities.
