Family Wellness Faire

The Family Wellness Faire, hosted by TUPP Yoga & Fitness Studio in American Canyon, is a free community event designed to make wellness accessible, fun, and supportive for families of all ages. This uplifting celebration brings together parents, kids, wellness brands, and movement instructors for a day dedicated to health, mindfulness, and community connection.

Families can enjoy a variety of kids’ activities, including slime‑making, glitter tattoos, bubble stations, coloring, hula hooping, and other hands‑on wellness‑inspired experiences that keep children engaged, active, and excited. Adults and kids alike can participate in free yoga and fitness demos, mindfulness stations, hydration education, and simple tools for building healthy daily habits.

The event also features free samples from our wellness sponsors, giving attendees the chance to discover trusted products that support energy, hydration, nutrition, and everyday well‑being.
