  • Focus: TUPP Bootcamp + Ride is a high‑energy, full‑body workout that blends the best of both worlds: cardio power and strength training. We kick things off with 20 minutes of rhythm‑based cycling, using climbs, sprints, and beat‑driven intervals. After the ride, we transition into 30 minutes Full Body powerful strength training focused on building muscle, improving endurance, and strengthening your core. Expect a mix of dumbbells, functional movement, and dynamic circuits that challenge you.

  • Focus: TUPP Ride & Flow is our signature rhythm‑driven cycling experience that blends choreography, resistance work, and cardio intervals to the beat of the music. This 45‑minute ride takes you through climbs, sprints, tap backs, pushes, and flow‑based sequences that challenge your endurance, strengthen your lower body, and fire up your core — 

  • Footwear:
    Our Life Fitness IC5 bikes are compatible with SPD cycling shoes for a secure clip‑in ride, or you can wear regular tennis shoes using the built‑in toe cages. Choose whatever feels best for you.
